I have a dying tree, should I just cut it down?

It depends on the health of a tree. A dead tree has the possibility of dropping limbs and injuring you or causing damage. I am fully insured and have the proper experience and equipment to remove it and dispose of it. A tree that hasn’t budded in years should have a closer inspection by me, first.

It looks like I may have an insect problem, how should it be dealt with?

I have been proactively dealing with various insect infestations such as Asian Long Horn Beetle and the Emerald Ash Borer. Let’s set up an appointment so that I can have a closer look and give you options on how to deal with it.

There is a tree in front of my house that I don’t want, but it is owned by the city. How do I remove it?

The planting, care, maintenance, protection, preservation and removal of all trees located on any City street is under supervision of the General Manager of Parks, Forestry and Recreation. Contact us so we can help you figure out a solution that works for you and for the city you live in. You can also check out the by-laws of your area:

I have a tree on my property that I no longer want, can’t I just cut it down?

Each city has different by-laws and rules when it comes to the removal of living/healthy trees. Give us a call and we can help you navigate the issue by providing an Arborist Report, which is the first step you will need before contacting the City. If your tree is 100% dead, imminently hazardous or terminally diseased, we would be more than happy to remove it for you. We can discuss options when we come to give you a free quote.
