Here are the By-laws for each area we service. Please note that if a permit is needed to remove a tree on your property, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to apply and retain a permit. We can help you navigate this process.

    Georgetown & Acton (Halton Hills)

    There are currently no permits needed to remove a tree in Georgetown and Acton. For more information, please visit the Town of Halton Hills website.

    To remove a tree on your property in Mississauga, you need a permit if you plan to remove three or more trees with a 15 cm (or more) diameter per calendar year. Please see their website for more information and how to apply for a permit.

    The town of Milton does not require a permit to remove a tree, but they recommend that you seek the advice of an Arborist and ensure that the tree is fully on your property. Please see their website for more information.
